Here are some submission guidelines :
To submit your abstract, please decide which category, indicated in the list below, you will select for your work. The Approval Committee reserves the right to modify the category, if it appears not appropriate.
- The “cancerous translation apparatus”
- RNA epigenetic and cancer
- Metabolism and signalling in cancer
- RNA binding proteins
The abstracts submission deadline is extended to Thursday, May 9th (included, French local time)
For information, here are the evaluation criteria :
- Discussion and general presentation of the study
- Originality and relevance
- Results
- Scientific methodology
The awards will only be given to the winners present during the ceremony.

ABSTRACTS SUBMISSION GUIDELINES : ORAL COMMUNICATIONS & POSTERS
Language
Abstract(s) presentations have to be in English language.
Format
Structure: Introduction – Materials /Patients and methods – Results – Conclusion
No more than 500 words.
Only original work will be accepted.
The Approval Committee will evaluate anonymously the submitted abstracts.
Oral communication presentation
Oral presentation timing : 10 min for presentation + 5 mn for questions
Selected presentations will be announced on the event scientific program.
Please upload your slides presentation on a USB key and provide it to the event preview room at your arrival.
If you are selected for an oral communication, please present your work in a poster too.
Poster presentation
Authors will have to set up their printed poster(s) from the beginning to the end of the congress.
Presentation format:
- 84 cm width x 120 cm height (A0 format).
- Character stick preferably (arial, helvetica ...).
- Portrait format (landscape format is not allowed).
Attachment systems will be available on site.
Main dates
• The abstracts submission deadline is extended to Thursday, May 9th (included, French local time)
• Confirmation of the abstracts selection : end of May (French local time).
Registration fees
All accepted presentations' submitters have to pay the regular registration fees.
Agreement / Disclaimer
By submitting your abstract presentation, you certify that the content is an original contribution that has not been presented or published elsewhere and giving permission to the organisers of the Event to publish on the Congress website. In addition, if your abstract is accepted for presentation, you have to be present at the Congress in order to present your communication.
The organisers reserve the right to reject any abstract presentations, in their sole discretion.
