Here are the submission guidelines :

Please select the category your abstract relates to. The scientific board will decide which category is the most appropriate.

ABSTRACTS SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES POSTERS, ORAL COMMUNICATIONS & VIDEOS

Format :
Structure: Introduction – Materials /Patients and methods – Results – Conclusion
No more than 500 words.
Abstracts have to be included original works (clinical cases and literature review will be not accepted).
The scientific committee will evaluate anonymously the submitted abstracts.

Posters presentations
Presentation format : 90 cm width x 120 cm height (A0). Characters stick preference (Arial, Helvetica ...).
Landscape format (inversion length and width) is not allowed.

Oral presentations
Timing of the oral presentation : 7 + 3 min
The free communication selected will be broadcast on the congress programme.
Please put your PPT presentation on a USB stick and leave it to the preview room as soon as you come to the congress.

 

Videos
The video file size cannot exceed 80 MB and with a duration of 6 minutes.
Videos could be submitted in the following formats: .mpeg, .mov, .mpg, .mp4, .wmv. Productions MUST play in one of the following video players: Windows Media Player®, RealPlayer® or QuickTime Player®.
You can submit a video as an abstract (abstract 500 words max.).

 

Important dates
• Submission deadline : APRIL 16th, 2017.
• Confirmation of the abstracts selection : MAY 8th, 2017.

Awards
The 3 best awards (best poster, best free communication and best video) will be awarded in the presence of the author.

Registration fees
All the authors of the call for abstracts have to pay the registration fees.

If you need to make changes after submitting your abstract, please contact Margot de Laleu (margot@comnco.com).

Agreement / Disclaimer
By submitting your abstract, you certify that the summary is an original contribution that has not been presented or published elsewhere and giving permission to the organisers of the Congress to publish on the Congress website. In addition, if your abstract is accepted for presentation, you have to be present at the Congress in order to present your communication.
The organisers reserve the right to reject any abstract, in their sole discretion.
