ABSTRACTS SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES POSTERS & ORAL COMMUNICATIONS

Language
Abstract(s) presentations have to be in English language.

Format
Structure: Introduction – Materials /Patients and methods – Results – Conclusion
No more than 350 words (all included : title, first name & last name, organization, abstract)
Only original work will be accepted.
The Approval Committee will evaluate anonymously the submitted abstracts.

Oral abstract presentations
Oral presentation timing : 10mn + 5mn discussion
Selected presentations will be announced on the event scientific program.
Please upload your slides presentation on a USB key and provide it to the EMDS 2019 preview room at your arrival.


Main dates
• Submission deadline : May 30th (included) (French local time).
• Confirmation of the abstracts selection : July 21st (French local time).

Registration fees
All accepted presentations' submitters have to pay the regular registration fees.

Presentation modifications
If you need to make changes after submitting your abstract presentation, please contact Charlotte COMBAT (contact@emds2019.com).

Agreement / Disclaimer
If your abstract is accepted for presentation, you have to be present at the Congress in order to present your communication.
The organizers reserve the right to reject any abstract presentations, in their sole discretion.
