Registration fees
All the authors of the call for abstracts who want to participate at the Congress have to pay the registration fees, through our registration platform :

  • PAMM Members : 200 €
  • Non PAMM Members* : 250 €

Abstract modification : Exceptional
If you need to make changes after submitting your abstract, please log in to your account and do it prior December 7th.

Agreement / Disclaimer
By submitting your abstract, you certify that the summary is an original contribution that has not been presented or published elsewhere and giving permission to the Congress organizers to publish it on the Congress website. In addition, if your abstract is accepted, you must be present at the congress in order to present your communication. The organizing committee reserve the right to reject any abstract, at their sole discretion.

Format

Abstracts have to be original works (clinical cases and literature review will be not accepted).
No more than 350 words. Do not include figures, tables and references.
Structure: Introduction – Materials and methods – Results – Conclusion


Language
Abstracts have to be in English.

 

Revise Papers

Be careful of your presentation form (Uppercase, lowercase) and symbols (alphanumeric alphabet)

 

Oral presentations
Free communications selected have to be in the 16/9 format.
Please put your PPT presentation on a USB stick and leave it at the preview room as soon as you arrive at the conference.


Posters presentations

Presentation format: 84 cm width x 110 cm height (A0) Characters stick preference (Arial, Helvetica ...)

Authors will display their work during coffee breaks. Please be sure to stand near your poster during breaks.

 

Important dates
Submission deadline : January 5th 2024 (GMT Time)!
Confirmation of the abstracts selection : January 15th 2024
Free communications will be presented by the authors during the congress in dedicated sessions chosen by the Approval Committee.
